Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative and financial services sector, is seeking an Office Production Clerk to join their team. As an Office Production Clerk, you will be an essential part of the finance and operations department supporting invoice processing and payment activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Office Production Clerk

Location : Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range : $20.00hr

Shift : 8am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Onsite, in office in Santa Ana- Office, Data Entry, Scanning
• Reviewing invoices to compare to fee laws
• Processing Claims
• Submitting invoices for payment approval
• Advising the team to print checks and send out payments
• Processing payments that need to be made by credit card
