    • Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
  • Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
  • Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
  • Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
  • Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

    • Compensation

  • $70,000 - $80,000 base salary plus quarterly discretionary bonus based on net income ($0 - $10,000 annual potential based on volume & performance)
  • Net income Bonus, if any, is calculated at the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee based on volume & performance
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Dining Comps

    Qualifications

  • You have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high volume restaurant with relative experience in fiscal and operational performance in a preferred high volume, upscale to fine dining restaurant group
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, and are able to effectively manage your time. You exhibit a helpful, supportive communication style, and are collaborative within a structured job environment
  • This is a salaried, full time, exempt position with a varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call at times
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., sit at a computer or desk, and stand on your feet for extended periods. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, reach, and walk
  • Manager Certification in Sanitation and Food Handling is required
