Repairs Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Repairs to oversee a multi-national team of repair coordinators and manage residential repair projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a remote team of Repair Coordinators across multiple time zones

Oversee the repair process lifecycle, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget management

Monitor repair pipelines, enforce SOPs, and ensure timely communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing teams in real estate, property management, or construction

5+ years of hands-on experience in property management or residential repair coordination

Deep understanding of residential construction methods across various U.S. regions

Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and construction management platforms

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
