Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role (with the possibility of becoming hybrid over time) for an Architectural Drafter at Neves Architecture & Design located in Kearny, NJ. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for coordinating project requirements, communicating with team members and clients, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project requirements with team members and clients to ensure deliverables meet project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders to support project progression.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 Years Experience in Production of Construction Documents for Commercial and / or Multi-Family Residential Projects
  • Proficient in REVIT & AutoCAD (Required)
  • Drafting, Communication, and Time Management Skills
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Multitask
  • Experience in Architecture
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture (Required)

    • Salary Commensurate with Experience
