Jr. IT Support Technician

• Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Salary : $26.00-$28.00 / hr. depending on experience
• Employment Type : Contract up to a year with the opportunity to go permanent

Position Summary

One will be responsible for ensuring that client related technical issues are resolved in a quick and proper manner. This position will require significant interaction with internal clients, IT associates, and third-party service providers. Position requires a strong bias towards service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
