Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Overview

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join their team! This is a full-time, remote opportunity for approx. 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition, managing incoming requests through Zendesk and resolving issues related to requisitions, hiring workflows, and system tools.
• Drive issue resolution from start to finish – investigating root causes, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring timely, clear communication and follow-through.
• Manage and maintain requisition accuracy within Workday and Eightfold, ensuring all hiring actions and job postings are updated and compliant.
• Represent the Talent Operations team in cross-functional projects, from Workday updates to process redesigns, helping define and implement scalable HR system improvements.
• Identify and streamline inefficiencies across tools and workflows, implementing automation or new processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and collaboration.
• Take ownership of issues that arise using project management discipline to track progress, coordinate meetings, and ensure key milestones are met.

Requirements

The pay for this W-2 position is $65 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and / or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
