Public Trust QA And Test

Responsible for the effective management and / or day-to-day supervision of QA engineering and / or inspection.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established company standards necessary to maintain lasting client satisfaction
• Work directly with manufacturing to conduct continuing inspections and audits and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials, ingredients, product and package specifications, and regulatory agencies
• Establish and execute inspections prior to the processing of raw materials and / or ingredients; monitor good housekeeping practices, employee hygiene, and equipment sanitation; analyze plant error, salvage, and spoilage reports for significant findings and conclusions; work with research and development during new product start-ups and establish key checkpoints for new products and processes
• Advise management of test trends, returns, vendor performance and audit results and corrective action needed
