As part of the customer delivery team, a Junior Consultant at Red Hat is a technical professional who supports on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology. These projects span various industries as we partner with customers to build enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms, which provide a trusted, consistent, and comprehensive foundation for any enterprise.

Responsibilities

• During your first year as a Junior Consultant, participate in the FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles), a 12-month onboarding and development program designed to provide deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights needed to excel. The cohort begins in September 2026.
• Gain hands-on experience with Red Hat's portfolio, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to real-world customer solutions from day one.
• Discover how Red Hat supports customers in addressing technical, developmental, and strategic business challenges with our portfolio and services.
• Build a strong support network including peers, managers, mentors, and other Red Hatters.
• Develop technical skills across Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions through training programs and industry-recognized certifications.
• Apply technical skills on meaningful customer projects, experiences, and job shadowing opportunities.
• Shadow and assist senior Services Delivery team members in on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology.
• Enhance professional capabilities through real-world customer experiences and skill development opportunities.
• Understand processes and tools associated with enterprise-level solution architecture.
• Support personal and professional development while growing your career at Red Hat.
• Support Sales goals by delivering customer business value and building enterprise IT solutions on Red Hat platforms.
