What you will do
The FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles) is a 12-month onboarding and development program designed to provide you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights to excel. You'll gain hands-on experience with Red Hat's portfolio, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to real-world customer solutions from day one. The program starts in September 2026. The salary range for this position is $67,550.00 - $104,810.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and / or equity. For Remote-US locations, the actual salary range may differ by location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
