As part of the customer delivery team, a Junior Consultant at Red Hat supports on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology. These projects span various industries as we partner with customers to build enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms, which provide a trusted, consistent, and comprehensive foundation for any enterprise.

What you will do

The FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles) is a 12-month onboarding and development program designed to provide you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights to excel. You'll gain hands-on experience with Red Hat's portfolio, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to real-world customer solutions from day one. The program starts in September 2026. Through this experience, you will :

• Discover how Red Hat helps customers address technical, developmental, and strategic challenges with our portfolio and services.
• Build a strong network of peers, managers, mentors, and other Red Hatters.
• Develop technical skills across Cloud, Automation, and AI by completing training programs and earning certifications.
• Apply your technical skills on meaningful customer projects, experiences, and job shadowing opportunities.
• Shadow and assist more experienced Delivery team members during on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology.
• Gain real-world experience working with customers and participating in skill development opportunities.
• Understand enterprise-level solution architecture processes and tools.
• Focus on personal and professional development as you grow your career at Red Hat.
• Support the Sales organization's goals by delivering customer business value and building enterprise IT solutions on Red Hat platforms.

Qualifications

Why Red Hat?

The salary range for this position is $67,550.00 - $104,810.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and / or equity. For Remote-US locations, the actual salary range may differ by location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
