Archer Lawn Care, Inc. is a rapidly expanding maintenance, landscaping, and snow & ice management company currently servicing Saint Joseph, MO and all surrounding communities including Savannah, Cameron, Platte City and Parkville. Job description

  • Coordinate tools and equipment needed for services.
  • Perform lawn care crew instruction / management on jobs and monitor for quality.
  • Accurately record & submit job times and information daily.
  • Must ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public
  • Maintain a high level of quality, efficiency and customer service.
  • Promote company and services.
  • Full-time, W-2 position.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1 year+ experience preferred.
  • Proficient in use of iPhone, iPad, Surface tablet, or will train.
  • Broad knowledge of lawn and landscaping equipment.
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner.
  • Possess strong social, organizational and communication skills.
