job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSome construction experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right person) Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry standards Ability to read blueprints and specs like a pro Comfort with Microsoft Office and a quick learner for new tools Experience with Buildertrend (project management / timekeeping) and Bluebeam (PDF editing, take-offs) is a bonus Top-notch organization and multitasking skills A sharp eye for detail and solid note-taking habits Partner with the Project Manager to guide projects from start to finish Assist in building project estimates that keep us on track Work with architects, engineers, and subs to handle submittals, RFIs, and key docs Keep digital project files organized and up to date Track changes and maintain clear, thorough records Join project meetings and help capture the details in minutes Support change order prep and subcontractor close-outs (warranties, record drawings) Competitive Pay : Tailored to your experience and skills.
