We are on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team and help us continue delivering the unparalleled guest experience that sets us apart. As a part time Busser at the Grand Cafe, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations and assisting servers with table service to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?
- Keep cafe clean, organized, and reset tables promptly.
- Set and arrange tables per reservations; reset tables promptly.
- Clear dirty dishes from dining / bar area.
- Deliver bread and refill water glasses.
- Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, plates, ice, and linen.
- Keep work area clean, including sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep, and trash removal.
- Assist servers with guest requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
