As a Part Time Barista at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for taking orders and crafting drinks with a friendly smile and swift precision.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?

• Fully understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and service standards for beverages and dishes.
• Deliver excellent service accents, including proper presentation and product knowledge of Grand Geneva and Starbucks offerings.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.
• Handle guest orders from start to finish, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain efficient flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and restock clean supplies in the restaurant.
• Efficiently operate the POS system (Micros) and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Manage designated stations with proficiency in multitasking and side work completion.
• Process guest checks and submit closing paperwork promptly, addressing any guest complaints as needed.
