CNC Programmer / Operator I (Direct Hire)
PROMAN Staffing is proud to partner with our client to source and hire for this role.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator I with strong MasterCam programming experience to join our client’s growing team. This is a hands-on, direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently program complex parts and contours using Mastercam and operate CNC machines to prove out programs.
- Create, edit, and save G-Code programs ; perform manual programming for one-off and on-demand parts.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and cutter comp adjustments.
- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure tolerances are met.
- Tear down setups, maintain machine readiness, and ensure fluid levels and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership on tooling and programming improvements.
