Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs on Dosan CNC machines on site.
• Program and set up machines for operations including facing, OD turning, threading, boring, and milling of materials as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine the best machining practices.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and part quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary program adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and minimize scrap.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of CNC programs, setup instructions, and process improvements on the main sever.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (ISO 9001).
