We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and comfortable handling reception duties, document management, and general clerical work.
Responsibilities :
- Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing information or redirecting calls as needed.
- Organize and scan documents to ensure proper digital storage and accessibility.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and scheduling appointments.
- Support daily office operations by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

Proven experience in receptionist or office assistant roles.Proficiency in document scanning and digital file management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.A detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
