We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support an industrial manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing updates to ensure excellent service. The base pay range for this position is $16.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
