We are partnering with a growing manufacturer in Columbia, SC that is seeking an Accounting Assistant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and reconcile payables for vendors and intercompany accounts
• Process payments, reconcile bank statements, and assist with purchase orders / supplies
• Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring documentation is up to date
• Support sales tax reporting and compliance
• Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks including credit applications and payment processing
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
