Carpenter Foreman for Residential Remodeling : Lead a three to four-person crew.

What you will do

Lead a three to four-person carpentry crew on high-quality remodels and additions. Plan the work from prints and scopes, keep the crew productive, coordinate materials and subcontractors, communicate with homeowners, and deliver clean and safe job sites. Use JobTread for time, daily logs, to-do lists, and schedule updates. Use CompanyCam for daily photo documentation. This is a bag on role.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Inspect, maintain and repair structures
• Fabricate rafters, partitions, stairways, and window and door frames
• Quantify, shape, cut, and smooth carpentry materials
• Certify drywall, roofing, and flooring are level and compatible
