About the Role

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Clinical Trainer & Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To champion the seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for VELACUR users. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment and desires to positively impact patient care.

Reporting to our Clinical Training and Development Manager, you'll embark on nationwide adventures, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to ignite change in patient care from your home office!

Responsibilities

• Lead successful onboarding and training of VELACUR users, both remotely and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
• Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
• Showcase VELACUR through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach.
• Assist in crafting engaging training materials and programs for users and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to pinpoint training needs and enhance product usability.
• Capture and report customer feedback, fueling ongoing product improvements.
• Contribute to broader product enhancement efforts, particularly in usability.
• Other related duties, as required.
