Our client, a well-established public accounting firm with over 40 years of success, is seeking a motivated Tax Senior Accountant to join their growing team in a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns (1040, 1120 / 1120S, 1065, 1041).Manage multiple client assignments with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Research tax issues and assist with tax planning strategies for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and address tax questions.Support and mentor staff accountants; assist with training and development.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.Collaborate with managers on complex tax matters and client engagements.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3-5 years of public accounting tax experience.CPA candidate or CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).Strong technical knowledge of tax preparation across multiple entity types.Experience with tax software (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, or similar).Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Compensation & Benefits
