Analytics Strategy Leader

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in consumer marketing within a financial services context, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. They thrive in emerging spaces, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead Analytics Strategy : Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives. Define and execute the vision for marketing analytics, aligning with business goals and marketing priorities.
• Team Leadership : Hire, manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, influence and inform strategy and planning decision making.
• Campaign Measurement & Optimization : Oversee the development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
• Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A / B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI. Collaborate with COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
• Data Infrastructure : Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and accessible data pipelines and tools.
• Innovation & Trends : Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
