The Comfort Inn Vadnais Heights is hiring a part-time 2nd Shift Guest Service Representative 2 nights a week / 3rd shift Night Audit 2 nights a week. Must have the flexibility to training during the 2nd & 3rd shift.

As the friendly face of the property, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide information and assistance throughout their stay. Our Front Desk Associates are the first impression our guests have with our business, and it is essential that they create a positive first impression with a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor in order to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Hours :

3rd Shift / Night Audit – 11pm – 7am, including weekends.

2nd Shift Guest Service Representative : 3pm - 11pm, including weekends. Training and the flexibility to work if needed

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The primary responsibility of our Guest Service Representative is to deliver excellent customer service while interacting with guests during the check-in and check-out procedure.
