Summary
Repairs and corrects machine issues to keep cells running.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Undergo an extensive training program around Flowforming, to include the following :
- Diagnose and repair of flowformers
- Trouble shooting and fixing of Flowform process problems.
- Programming- understand key characteristics of the Flowforming process and their effects on part quality / features.
- Develop controls knowledge, with a detailed training plan, working directly with NETFORM controls engineering.
- Assist maintenance manager with administrative duties (spares inventory, spares ordering, PM management, etc.)
- Performing Machine Repair
- Performing Preventive Maintenance
- Assisting with production needs
- Diagnose machine issues and develop repair strategies.
- Help diagnose, develop, and implement predictive maintenance plans.
- Work with shift leader(s) to prioritize and complete maintenance activities.
- Continued mentoring and support in the development of fellow maintenance technicians.
- Other duties, as assigned

Agree to NETFORM Employee HandbookPass pre-employment screening (e.g., drug test, background check)Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.Ability to lift 50lbs.Proven track record of troubleshootingMinimum 5 years of proven industrial maintenance experience with basic blueprint reading skills, CNC controls, lathes, mills required.Previous high-volume manufacturing / automotive experience preferred.Our facility has 3 shifts. We will consider applicants interested in any of these shifts.
