Summary

Repairs and corrects machine issues to keep cells running.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Undergo an extensive training program around Flowforming, to include the following :
• Diagnose and repair of flowformers
• Trouble shooting and fixing of Flowform process problems.
• Programming- understand key characteristics of the Flowforming process and their effects on part quality / features.
• Develop controls knowledge, with a detailed training plan, working directly with NETFORM controls engineering.
• Assist maintenance manager with administrative duties (spares inventory, spares ordering, PM management, etc.)
• Performing Machine Repair
• Performing Preventive Maintenance
• Assisting with production needs
• Diagnose machine issues and develop repair strategies.
• Help diagnose, develop, and implement predictive maintenance plans.
• Work with shift leader(s) to prioritize and complete maintenance activities.
• Continued mentoring and support in the development of fellow maintenance technicians.
• Other duties, as assigned

Our facility has 3 shifts. We will consider applicants interested in any of these shifts.
