Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will work closely with two Program Managersthe Product Enablement Program Manager and the Product & Industry Certification (PIC) Program Managerto support key enablement initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to help design, track, and deliver high-impact programs that strengthen product and industry knowledge across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop programs and enablement materials to address product and industry knowledge gaps.
- Coordinate content development activities, including design, development, and implementation.
- Track progress of multiple projects and deliverables using Asana (project management platform).
- Monitor and document Subject Matter Expert (SME) participation in content creation activities and assist Program Managers in maintaining engagement and accountability.
- Draft and distribute internal communication materials for Product and PIC initiatives.
- Support the preparation and delivery of enablement materials for major national and global conferences (e.g., Sales Kickoff, Trimble Dimensions).
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Technical Enablement, or Sales Enablement organizations.3 years of hands-on project management experience within a Learning & Development environment, including :Scheduling and tracking projects
Identifying and resolving blockersEscalating issues to leadership as neededProven ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.3 years of experience in content creation and / or content management within a large organization (5,000 employees, preferably in software or technology).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels (VP to Individual Contributor).Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones (EMEA and APAC).
