Role Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and grow new business.
• Own the optimization of paid marketing channels such as Facebook / Meta and / or Google AdWords.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels to optimize performance.
• Help design tests, measure results, and provide recommendations for all marketing efforts.
• Own data hygiene and attribution for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources to enable effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts, and performance metrics critical to achieving KPIs.
• Build key marketing analytics functions such as weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting, attribution, lead routing, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.
• Lead the creation of tracking mechanisms and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics.
• Continuously monitor and improve the integrity and accessibility of marketing data to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary information to drive results.
