Position Summary

Holistic Therapy Coordinators are at the forefront of the guest experience at Alive and Well, guiding clients through wellness therapies with care, confidence, and warmth. This hands-on role ensures that each service is delivered seamlessly and in alignment with our mission to heal, educate, and empower. Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Therapy Facilitation

  • Provide a warm, attentive welcome to guests; offer personalized guidance and education for each therapy session.
  • Facilitate and monitor services including Sauna + Cold Plunge, Ozone Insufflations, LED Red Light Therapy, Vibroacoustic and Shiftwave Therapies and Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions.
  • Ensure therapy rooms are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned between sessions.
  • Assist guests with protocols, safety, and comfort, staying attuned to individual needs.
  • Communicate the benefits of our services and memberships in a clear and compassionate way.

    • Facility Readiness & Flow

  • Keep therapy spaces clean, fully stocked, and operating efficiently throughout the day.
  • Perform light laundry duties and assist with overall cleanliness and flow of the center.
  • Monitor inventory and restock products or tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to maintain a peaceful, high-touch guest environment.

  • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve therapies, systems, and guest care.
  • Support other departments during peak times or special events as needed.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : Prior guest service experience in wellness, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred.
  • Mindset : Energetic, thoughtful, and service-driven with a love for holistic health.
  • Skills : Confident communicator; capable of multitasking and educating guests with warmth and accuracy.
  • Flexibility : Available for part-time or full-time hours; must be able to work weekends and evenings.

    • Schedule & Compensation

  • Hourly Pay : $18.00 – $19.00
  • Expected Hours : 32 - 40 per week
  • Shifts Available :

    • o Monday–Friday : 10am - 6pm

  • Location : In-person at our Austin satellite; must reliably commute or plan to relocate.
