What You’ll Do

Prospect, identify, and win new accounts across real estate, property management, industrial, retail, and specialty construction sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with executives, procurement teams, and facility leaders.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand needs and deliver solutions.

Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to create competitive proposals.

Negotiate and close contracts that support company growth and profitability.

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (construction or facilities solutions a plus, but not required).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Consultative relationship-building approach.

Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%).

A motivated self-starter who thrives on exceeding goals.
