Responsibilities Work in a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting Care for adult patients across the young, middle, and older adult age range Perform procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, coronary athrectomy, IABP placement and removal, Impella and TAVR procedures Utilize Epic EMR (experience preferred but not required) Schedule consists of 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM Includes rotating days off, one Saturday shift per 5-week schedule, and 1 week of on-call per 5-week rotation Call duty includes 7 on-call shifts and 5 late shifts every 6 weeks, with 30-minute call-back requirement Must provide care for adult patients undergoing advanced cardiac interventions 30-minute response time required when on-call First-time travelers considered Scrub attire required while on duty Requirements Active VA or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Recent experience in a cardiac cath lab required Proficiency in procedures such as Impella and IABP insertion and removal, TAVR, Watchman, and Mitraclip required Scrub experience strongly preferred Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-623018.
