Account Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team in Walnut Creek. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service orientation, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and efficient accounting operation.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with two days per week in our Walnut Creek office and flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including reviewing and coding invoices, expense reports, and corporate credit card transactions
• Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• Assist with the month-end A / P close process and account reconciliations
• Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices or employee expense reports
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation
• Support the accounting team with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

$70,000 - $75,000 a year

Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications.
