The Financial Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via email communication. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will :

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems and document all changes made to accounts.
• Resolve customers' service issues by performing activities such as registering and unrestricting cards, linking accounts, transferring funds, etc.
• Help solve customer issues by properly escalating to designated departments for further investigation.
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.
