Location : New Jersey, Hybrid Flexible options for in-person and remote work.

Liberty Medical Care Services LLC is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. As a clinician, you will provide psychotherapy and mental health services, empowering patients to overcome challenges and achieve improved well-being.

Your Responsibilities :

Conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, establishing clear treatment goals and expectations while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Perform regular reassessments of patient needs, documenting progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary. Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, collaborating closely with patients and their families.

Provide psychotherapy sessions using tailored therapeutic techniques to foster positive behavioral and emotional changes.

Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

What You Bring :

Education : Master’s degree in social work or a related field with a clinical focus.

Licensure : Current NJ Licensure as an LCSW or LPC.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year providing psychotherapy and mental health services.
