Project Associate - Events
Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic self-starter who is eager to dive into the automotive software (B2B) industry. If you are an analytically-minded individual with about 3 years of experience who builds strong client relationships, is highly collaborative and creative, and is a passionate communicator, this might be the role for you!
Hybrid role; must work in Detroit office 3 days / week. Some domestic travel required.
What Does a Sr Project Associate Do?
- Provide seamless onsite event support, project management, and onsite participation when needed
- Use data analysis skills to help create realistic demo versions of our fleet management software, organizing and matching sample trip data to simulate real vehicle usage for events and presentations.
- Oversee the daily management of automotive events and sponsorships, including communication, timelines, and logistical execution
- Possess the self-confidence to work directly with clients to provide clear communications regarding roles and responsibilities, budget and schedules for assigned programs
- Assist in identifying new opportunities, evaluating opportunities, negotiating the best deal for the client, executing the events and ensuring that a results summary is complete
- Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Deliver flawlessly on assigned project components, including : inputting and monitoring data into internal systems, complete budget management, lead generation processes, status reports and maintain lists of action items to ensure deadlines are met
- Take initiative to identify what needs to be done, follows through on required actions and takes accountability
