We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role will focus on building interactive dashboards and reports from a Redshift data warehouse, enabling stakeholders to visualize and interpret multi-channel retail and operational data effectively. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver consistent, high-quality visualizations. This position blends technical expertise with analytical thinking, providing an opportunity to influence decision-making and improve operational performance across the organization.

Accountabilities :

The Power BI Developer will ensure accurate, insightful, and accessible reporting for business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Create advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models to support analytics and KPI tracking.
• Transform and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality across all reports and visualizations.
• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance dashboard efficiency and usability.
