As a Senior BI Developer in Trust & Safety Operations, you will play a key role in transforming complex ad delivery and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will design, develop, and optimize interactive BI solutions, dashboards, and operational pipelines to detect anomalous behavior and improve performance across ad platforms. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, data science, and business teams, you will contribute to automating workflows and integrating machine learning outputs into actionable BI products. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your work directly influences operational efficiency, product initiatives, and the integrity of digital ecosystems. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, insightful visualizations.

Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows to support analytics and operational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, BI tools, and visualizations to monitor trends, detect anomalous behavior, and assess operational performance.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to integrate ML outputs, anomaly scores, and classification signals into BI solutions.
• Support and improve existing processes while maximizing automation across operational pipelines.
• Recommend and implement innovative workflows to adapt to the evolving demands of the digital ad and trust & safety landscape.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with product initiatives and organizational objectives.
