Position Responsibilities

Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com.

Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.

Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. SQL a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
