Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team! As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the front of the house operations and the consistent delivery of our service. You will contribute to the hiring, training, and leading the front of the house staff, ensuring they reflect Mulberry Street's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive restaurant experience, successfully working with front of the house staff.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage employees
- Oversee Front Of The House operations, coordinate with Back Of The House
- Implement procedures to ensure best quality of service to the guests
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Contribute to the development and coordination of various marketing efforts and community events
- Work closely with guests in planning their menus and managing their events
- Aid in the maintenance and implementation of the social media campaign
