The Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District is looking for their next Event Manager to join their team. Located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts, this modern and welcoming hotel offers 252 well-appointed guestrooms and 8,482 square feet of flexible meeting space. With 8 versatile meeting rooms, including the largest space designed to accommodate a variety of events, the hotel is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Sales, Event Management, or a similar role, as this position combines both functions. They should be highly motivated to secure new business for the hotel while delivering exceptional service for meetings and events. We're looking for someone who is energetic, engaging, and passionate about creating memorable client experiences.

Pay Range : This role is a salaried role.

Shift Pattern : Typical office hours of 8 : 30AM 5 : 00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on assigned groups.

What will I be doing?

The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate and executive meetings, conferences, and special events at the hotel. This includes working closely with clients to plan, organize, and execute seamless meetings, ensuring that all their requirements are met to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is an experienced event professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
