We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our Orlando, FL office.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings, removal defense cases, and appeals.
• Prepare petitions, waivers, and applications for USCIS and other agencies.
• Advise clients on case strategy, provide legal counsel, and ensure excellent communication.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff, promoting best practices.
• Stay up to date with immigration law and policy changes.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).
• Proven experience in immigration law.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Experience :

• Working immigration law : 2 years (Required)

License / Certification :
