Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid
Established benefits broker seeking an Employee Benefits Insurance Account Manager. Competitive salary and great benefits.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills :
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability lines of coverage
- Experience working with small groups, up to 500 members
- Handling RFPs, quoting, preparing proposals, enrollment, coverage review, renewals, managing carrier relationships
- Ability to work with clients, group members, and HR to answer policy questions, manage complex issues, recommend coverage, and provide customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active Life and Health License
