The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. You will collaborate with our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team while managing complex litigation for financial institutions, businesses, and individuals.

Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Represent clients in state and federal courts, with a focus on disputes involving contracts, business torts, real estate, and financial matters.

Collaborate with bankruptcy attorneys on adversary proceedings and contested matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
