A client of ours, a respected civil litigation law firm in Houston, is looking for a Bilingual Legal Assistant (Mandarin-English) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys serving a diverse client base.

The position plays a vital role in supporting both attorneys and clients, especially Mandarin-speaking clients involved in personal injury, family law, or commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients
• Assist clients with vehicle repair, medical treatment, and case updates
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Draft correspondence and manage case files
• Provide support throughout all phases of legal representation
