Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US)
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team; it offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
We are seeking a driven marketer with a passion for social media advertising to join our team and help manage mid-market and enterprise client programs on LinkedIn.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and similar toolsStrong understanding of paid advertising principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)Ability to analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, and other analytics platformsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingCurious, problem-solver mindset with a passion for staying on the cutting edgeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh standards for quality and integrity in advertisingTravel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia where you must have work authorization and reside in the country. This role is 100% virtual from a home office, with collaboration via Zoom and Slack. You should have reliable internet, a suitable workspace, and the ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
