About The Position

This nurse is responsible for patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Med-Surg RNs manage patients’ needs through their hospitalization, focusing on their recovery, education, and overall well-being. 90% of patients on this unit are Med / Surg with low volume oncology patients. Oncology patients will be cared for by Core staff rather than travelers.
