Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP / CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, collaborating with team members, and delivering solutions to meet business needs. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce systems, including user administration and configuration.
- Address and resolve service desk and support tickets related to Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Collaborate with HubSpot administrators and Salesforce architects to optimize system performance.
- Design and implement custom reports, flows, and fields to enhance user experience.
- Assist in Salesforce customization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support for Salesforce-related projects, including integration and optimization efforts.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and address system-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for Salesforce administration.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is required; advanced certifications are highly preferred.Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce.Proven ability to manage and close support tickets in a timely manner.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Note : The job is active and accepting applications.
