The Regional Sales Manager is a field sales position responsible for the development of the hair extensions business in an assigned territory. You will be the company’s first outside point of contact with Salon Professionals and Stylists. As an expert in hair extensions, you will be an asset to the Salon Professional in regard to products, color selection, and installation technique. With aggressive sales targets, including new business development and growth of existing accounts, you will be a champion of the company’s initiatives to engage, educate, and build a robust professional extensions business for the Stylists and Salons in your market. The Regional Sales Manager position reports to a Director of Sales.
- Our ideal candidate for this role is located in th e DFW - Fort Worth and NW Texas area
- Day travel all over TX and will be required approximately 75% of the time.
Responsibilities :
Create a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, stylists and employeesRotation management inclusive of both existing and new business developmentMaintain a strong funnel of potential new businessDeliver highest quality in-salon presentations and product classesConquer new salon business and meet new business goalsSell in new products to existing salonsDrive education in your market and sell all forms of education availableAchieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with salon owners and stylistSupport retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activityManage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accountsExecute strategic education plans for each salon in the territory of focus accountsPromote, plan, coordinate and assist in the execution of regional and national company-sponsored, business development and educational eventsAttend all company-provided meetings and trainingTravel up to 75% per weekRequirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury brand outside sales experienceCandidates with outside sales and salon industry experience preferredMust have valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for positionStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh sales drive and customer service orientedAbility to prospect and close new businessStrong negotiation skillsStrategic and analytical thinkingAdaptable to working with and educating various personality typesCompetitive and collaborativeRequired to be on the field 3-4 weekdays a week (it's not a remote WFH position it's an outside sales position)Computer Skills : Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programsBenefits and Perks
