Overview
Human Resources Business Partner role at Allied Solutions LLC. This position serves as a proactive strategic business partner providing consultative and operational HR support to business leaders. The HRBP coaches leaders to align performance with objectives consistent with Allied Solutions Blue Culture. The HRBP coordinates with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to meet business needs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, recommending, communicating, and implementing programs and policies to support the organization's vision, values and direction. Provide leadership and guidance on pay-for-performance, workforce planning, and HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to execute cyclical talent management efforts, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance enablement, talent calibration, and compensation planning.
- Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Ensure consistency in HR policies, programs and procedures. Coach managers and employees on HR issues and interpret / apply policies to resolve performance, compensation, change management, discipline, and conflict issues.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership and staff to advise on employee-related and organizational matters, understanding the people and resource needs of assigned business units.
- Analyze trends and metrics with HR to recommend solutions, programs, policies, and data reporting to HR leadership.
- Leverage business unit knowledge and HR data to drive strategies to improve retention, engagement, and diversity & inclusion outcomes.
- Lead HR project work and large-scale cross-functional teams as assigned.
- Support Employee Relations to conduct investigations and provide recommendations for issue resolution in alignment with Allied's Blue Culture.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
8 to 10+ years of HR experience in a HRBP or employee relations role with demonstrated results and advisory partnership across multiple business units.Bachelor's degree in a related field requiredPHR / SPHR certification preferredAbility to lead with leaders, address issues proactively, and respond with urgency to HR needsJudgment and tact in applying policies in difficult / sensitive situationsStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision makingForward-thinking problem solvingProven ability to build collaborative relationships and develop strategic HR solutionsIndependent judgment to resolve issues in the best interest of the organization and employeesAbility to understand customers by interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues to communicate tactfullyProficiency with HRIS and data reportingExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsBenefits
