Role Overview

Mytra's Program Management Office is looking for collaborative, high energy PMs to own the design, test, and NPI launch of our robot and AI-powered autonomous material flow systems.

As a Technical Program Manager you'll deliver cutting edge robotics and automation systems for an early stage start up, collaborating with hardware, software, firmware, AI and robotics engineers to develop our product, as well as manufacturing and supply chain to deliver and scale the design into production. You'll have the opportunity to own the overall program timeline and drive results across a cross-functional team.

What you'll be doing

• Create the timeline and develop program plan for design execution, R&D build planning, and Engineering, Design and Production Validation Testing of our robot and autonomous systems
• Managing the full project lifecycle of product development and will be responsible for improving efficiency, removing roadblocks, and ultimately ensuring the hardware engineering team's success.
• Collaborating and communicating with leadership, internal engineering, and external design resources to escalate risks and drive execution
• Tracking project progression and initiating corrective actions when risks are identified.
