We are a Managed and Cloud Services Provider that has been in business for over 15 years. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a client-facing role where you'll work across a variety of environments, resolving escalations, leading project work, and supporting businesses throughout Chicagoland. You'll be hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, firewalls, and networking technologies while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to complex solutions.

What You'll Do :

• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers, resolving desktop, server, and network issues.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Perform Windows Server administration (2016–2022) : AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file / print services.
• Configure and support firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Unifi).
• Contribute to project work such as server builds, migrations, Azure deployments, and network upgrades.
• Monitor systems and endpoints with RMM tools to proactively address performance and security issues
