Dining Room Host / Hostess

MUST be available at least every other weekend.  Shift is 11am-7pm

What You Would Do :

• Welcome Residents : Greet and thank every resident upon arrival and departure, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Personalized Service : Make all residents feel comfortable and assured that you are there to personally attend to their needs.
• Build Relationships : Get to know our residents by name, along with their preferences and special requests.
• Manage Waitlist : When residents are on a waitlist, accurately record their information, provide estimated wait times, and seat them accordingly.
• Seating Preferences : Accommodate guest seating preferences whenever possible, while maintaining an efficient flow of service.
• Safety and Sanitation : Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Team Communication : Provide clear and timely communication with other staff members throughout your shift.
• Seating Standards : Seat guests according to company standards, ensuring a pleasant and organized dining experience.
